Shipping & Returns Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 2 working days Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

Carriers
We use Akis Express service for Cyprus delivery and Cyprus postal service for international orders. Please note that for some international orders may not be shipped to certain destination during to restrictions. It is customer's responsibility to check if they are any restrictions on his country.

Order Tracking
After placing an order we will provide you the tracking information. Please note that for some orders updating a tracking information can take a few days.

Shipping
1 Prices are indicated in Euro on the Seller’s website excluding taxes and shipping costs.

2. For international deliveries, additional costs may arise such as transfer fees charged by the bank and taxes and/or customs duties. Those costs have to be borne by the Client. Goods are generally delivered on dispatch route and to the delivery address indicated by the Client, unless otherwise agreed

3. Despite the Seller’s best efforts, it may happen that some of the items listed on the Seller’s site are incorrectly priced. If the price of an item is less than the Seller’s stated price, the Client will be charged with the lower amount. If the price of an item is higher than the price stated on the Seller’s site, the Seller will either contact the Client for instructions before shipping the item or reject the Client’s order and notify the Client of such rejection.

4. In the case of unavailability of an item, the Seller will inform the Client by e-mail as soon as possible. In such a case, the Seller will propose to the Client either to order another item shown on the Seller’s site in substitution or to cancel his order. If the Client chooses to cancel his order, he will be refunded, if his bank account has been debited. The Seller shall not be liable in case of unavailability of items.

Back Orders
If the shipment is returned for any reasons beyond of our control, we will have to charge for reshipment the order.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. We do not refund shipping cost. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive customers can return goods / ask for a refund without any cause within 14 days. This does not apply to the following exceptions: plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully refund returned orders. We do not cover return shipping costs. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs. We do everything we can do to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
